Due to govt prodding LEDs are available at the local Home Depot , Lowes etc. $15 to 40 a pop. I had to experiment some, you used to know EXACTLY what type of light and how much of it I'd get with conventional bulbs and halogens but this is a crapshoot, and the specs listed are very inconsistent with the results. In fact one batch of same bulbs resulted in three different colors.
