My new bike

69 Ducati 350 scrambler, this was an older resto. Had run in a while but still, got it home and it started on the 7th kick, ran perfectly and sat and idled as good as a new one. Legal to ride in this year's moto giro!!!

That's sexy. That engine looks strangely familiar.

Very nice Axecent! I spent the last few weeks helping a friend with a mild restoration of a 82 450 Nighthawk. New topend, new swingarm bearings, head bearings and normal its been sitting for years kinda stuff. Other than the KLR650 type brakes it was actually fun little scoot around town when done.

He also picked up a new Suzuki TU250. While I really enjoy small bikes and up until riding the TU my favorite "modern" old bike was the W650. The TU is far and away a better ride. If you get a chance take one for a spin...

Unfortunately, I have no experience on any bike older than 1980...
