Pulled up limping...
Last few weeks I've gotten a pain in my lower abdomen. Started to hurt right after 5-6 mile run then gone a day or so later. Now it hurts when I start my run. Eases up by 1 mile but by 3 miles I'm done. If I lay prone and try and sit up I get shooting pain . Based on what I've read might be Sports Hernia...
Going to lay off running for Feb and see where that gets me.... ![]() Getting old sux! ![]()

Left side...very specific area. Feels like a hook and someone tugging on it. Goes from below the waist line to inside left thigh. Hiked 5 miles this morning with no issues. Hopefully just a strain...

Sounds like you strained a groin muscle maybe? Take it easy for awhile and see if it changes any. Maybe try taking Turmeric, it reduces inflamation and it's cheap and natural. You can find it at Wal Mart for around $7 a bottle.
